Please remember you need to submit your numbers before 4:30pm your local time so we can add your numbers to the totals.

Please make sure you send or complete online the following:
- Witnessed Sign In forms (compulsory)
- Coordinator feedback form can be completed online Click here to take survey (compulsory)
- Participant feedback forms please encourage participants to complete online survey
- Other evidence such as media links and clippings (compulsory)
- If you need to mail your documentation please send it to PO BOX
